Welcome to the Sandpoint Plan Center

The Sandpoint Plan Center was created in 1992 with the support and help of the Panhandle Building Contractors Association. The Center promotes Individual member businesses and the economy as a whole by keeping as much construction work as possible in the hands of local businesses.

How Does It Work?

The Plan Center seeks out plans for commercial building, public works projects, and individual homes and makes them available to members to do their bids and take-offs. This service is free to anyone with a building project and eliminates the work and worry of having to make multiple calls to potential contractors to get bids and update them on changes to plans. Additionally, it may also save money on the project, because it's a competitive bid situation. Anyone may submit plans to the Plan Center, including public agencies, developers, architechs, engineers, and homeowners.

How Will The Plan Center Assist Architects & Engineers?

The need for seeking out contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc. has been eliminated. Multiple bids will be received on a project just by leaving one set of plans at the Plan Center.
